The 6 Nations Rugby is one of Europe’s biggest and most exciting annual sports events, with matches taking place around the continent. National teams from England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales battle it out on the pitch to be crowned champions and there are also several smaller competitions that take place under the 6 Nations umbrella. Matches typically take place annually in February and March, although they sometimes spill into early April too. The 6 Nations really is a wonderful time to visit the UK as there is always a fun and friendly atmosphere that accompanies the tournament in the host cities.
